Speaker: Dr. Lisa Tomaschek – Habrina, MSc
Leader of Institute for Burnout and Stress Management in Vienna and Leader of
the origo-Health Care Center.

A tension and stress at work and or in a family are inevitable. Inability to copy with it influences
a physical and mental well-being of very person. During the presentation you will learn about
warning symptoms of stress and burnout you most likely to ignore. You will get a professional
opinion why stress and burnout are so dangerous especially for women as well as an advice on
how to identify your own situation, stay aware and prepared to copy with stress.

Dr. Lisa Tomaschek-Habrina is leader of the Institute for Burnout and Stress Management in
Vienna, and leader of the origo-Health Care Center. She is also board member of the origo
group. She is engaged in psychotherapy, coaching, and acts as trainer. She is a lecturer for
Coaching and Project Management of the European Systemic Business Academy and senior
partner of European Systemic Business Competence.

About the facilitator: Victoria Koster-Lenhardt is an American who moved to Vienna in 1987. She worked at The Coca-Cola Company for 21 years as a manager within the IT and Communications organizations. While based in Vienna the entire time, Vici grew as a leader in her company and in her profession, across Europe and within the USA. She will share tips and tricks that enabled her to grow and be a successful leader and mentor.

From the book: “The Triple M of Organizations: Man, Management and Myth”

Speaker: Univ.Prof. Dr. Edeltraud Hanappi-Egger

What has management to do with myths? And how does gender enter the stage? This
presentation identifies frequently used key arguments in gender discussions on management
and organizations and will unmask them as myths. Be it that management is rational, be it that
organizations are gender-neutral, and be it that women will change technology, will be shown
to be a set of superficial declarations not withstanding critical scrutiny. The demystification
of selected organizational phenomena is based upon several recent research projects and
empirical studies.

About speaker: Univ.Prof. Dr. Edeltraud Hanappi-Egger is a professor for "Gender and
Diversity in Organizations", Head of Gender and Diversity Management Group, Department of
Management, Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.
