Topic: "be seen, be heard, be real!"
Established by Priti Coles, Clear Voice Coaching offers high powered communication training. We are successful performance artists and trainers. Using techniques drawn from our extensive stage careers and corporate coaching experience, clients gain clarity, confidence and impact.
The main results from our programs are:
- Discovering and liberating the power of the voice
- Using non-verbal tools or performer's secrets to deliver your message
- Establishing a warm, personal contact with groups and individuals
- Developing your authentic, individual, charismatic style
- More ease when presenting or speaking in English
Priti Coles will be giving the workshop/presentation "be seen, be heard, be real!" this evening. We'll be looking at how you as a woman can gain vocal and physical presence, serenity and confidence even when under pressure; how to grab your audience and make an entrance; create genuine personal connections instead of reverting to stiff formality and above all remain authentic. People will listen when your talk is real!
In a non-challenging, informal situation discover some of your own vocal potential and experience a taste of what it means to get ««present and connected««. We look forward to your attendance and participation. It will be a unique opportunity for WCN members to wind down the day in a refreshing, new way!

Mastering honest communication in a business environment
In a business environment we are required to effectively communicate in challenging situations and to establish sustainable relationships to colleagues, employees, superiors and business partners.
Honesty seems to be a crucial requirement but also bears a risk of impeding further cooperation.
This presentation conveys a constructive and solution-oriented use of honesty in difficult conversations. Conditions that are supporting or inhibiting peoples willingness to cooperate will be discussed and an attitude, which is beneficial for conflict resolution, will be elaborated.
We will focus on the question how to honestly express disagreement and criticism without jeopardizing professional relationships.
Moreover it will be discussed how to deal with difficult reactions of our conversational partners such as rejection, accusations or offences. In this highly appreciative way of communication, the focus is kept on motives, values and basic needs of the parties. This aids mutual understanding and finding of (sometimes surprising) new solutions that satisfy all stakeholders. In this way future collaboration is facilitated and successful work results are easier achieved.
